Appreciation is expressed to all who have served on the past executive and to those willing to serve this year. Your efforts make the society enjoyable, interesting and successful

Appreciation is also expressed to the many contributors to this issue. Some material is copied from the internet, with the permission of the authors, of course. Thank-you all!

Some members are asking for more issues of this newsletter per year. I'd be willing to do this if more material is passed on to me on a regular basis - fieldtrip reports, unique sightings, questions, concerns, comments.
